At Jensi Cleaning Service Inc., we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we have a clear refund and service guarantee policy to address any concerns.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not happy with our cleaning service:

  • Let us know within 24 hours of the service.
  • We will schedule a free re-cleaning of the specific areas of concern.
  • If you are still unsatisfied, we will review your case for a partial or full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Provided – If we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Unsatisfactory Service – If, after a re-cleaning, you are still not satisfied with our service.
  • Cancellation Before Service – If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • If the cleaning service has been fully completed and no complaint was made within 24 hours.
  • If access to the property was denied or incomplete due to incorrect information.
  • If the client changes service requirements on the day of the cleaning without prior notice.
  • For same-day cancellations or last-minute rescheduling.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • If there are any delays, please check with your bank or payment provider.
