2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
3. Service Limitations
- We are not responsible for cleaning areas that are inaccessible or hazardous.
- Heavy lifting, deep stain removal, and biohazard cleaning require prior approval.
- Personal belongings should be secured before the cleaning service.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours.
- We will arrange a re-cleaning if necessary.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy terms.
5. Liability & Damages
- Our cleaners take great care, but in case of accidental damage, clients must report within 24 hours.
- Jensi Cleaning Service Inc. is insured but not responsible for damages to pre-existing fragile or broken items.

- All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- Our staff respects your privacy and follows strict ethical standards.
